What working with
the agency involves.

Know what is expected before applying, and agree the details before accepting work.

01

Your local working areas

Choose the parts of London you can reliably reach. Build a practical patch rather than travelling across the city for every visit.

02

Your skills, clearly matched

Tell us whether you offer regular cleaning, detailed work, ironing or laundry. Only accept tasks you can confidently carry out.

03

Know the work beforehand

Understand the customer’s priorities, planned hours and access arrangements before agreeing to a visit.

04

Availability that is understood

Share the days and periods you can work, including early starts or evenings where suitable. Allow time for the journey.

05

A clear starting rate

The starting gross rate is £15 per cleaner-hour. Christmas Day is double the base rate; other UK bank holidays are time and a half. Travel is your responsibility. Agree the full terms before work.

06

Extra work needs agreement

If a visit needs more time, raise it first. Additional work, customer approval and the payment arrangements need to be agreed.

07

An agency to keep informed

Report access problems, delays or a change of plan promptly. Clear communication protects your time and the customer’s expectations.

Your working arrangements

Terms, the appropriate working status, rates and the scope of work are agreed before any work starts. An application is an expression of interest. The agency does not guarantee acceptance, a set volume of work or an income.
